I have a NEC 2000 IVS2 and I recently swapped extensions by using MATWorx. When I did, it killed the existing fax line. The other line was useless, so I deleted it. All I need is the fax line. This extension rings busy all the time. I have checked it with a toner to verify the line is associated to the correct LEN.

If the LEN you are assigning the station to is on an LC card it is analog port. If the LEN you are assigning the station to is a DLC card it is a digital (Dterm) port. 4LCD-A card is a 4 port analog card.

8LCAA is an 8 port analog card. 4DLCQ is 4 port digital card. 8DLCP is an 8 port digital line card.
