So, you can use the softwares that were used for these products and that are always available (and sustained) in the eaton web pages. You can have a look in this page: powerquality.eaton.com then choose your country and select 'software download' (blue arrow on the right side of the page). Then, choose 'Pulsar series' (first link in the middle). You should arrive in this page If you need a local solution (means RS232 or USB communication between your computer and these UPSs) and you are using Windows operating system you can download directly this software: For the local solution, don't hesitate to perform a short test even if your product isn't listed in the compatibilty list;-) Supervision should be OK.
