I have a questions on my Antec Fusion Black 430 wires. As you know the manual is not clear on a couple points. Like there is no 3-pin fan signal connector. I have read other posts on this and I'm still not sure.
Where do the red/black wires label M/B PWR and GND go? Other posts on this seem to say to connect the powerswitch wires to the corner two pins on the back of the display and connect the M/B PWR and GND wires to the powerswitch spot on the mother board on the HTPC.
Any help on this would be great as this is my first build. I'm right there with you dude. I've built a dozen pcs over the years but I've never seen a pin labeled M/B PWR.
I have no clue what this means. Does anyone have a _BLACK_ (the display/ir/pwr unit is different for the v2 black and silver, apparently) Antec Fusion case and get all of the following: 1. VFD working, displaying correctly from MythTV or whatever else you use. The power, hd, etc lights on the front come on when you are powered up? Also, does the power dial light up at all?
Just wondering. Remote power on/wake up.
I have this puppy 95% assembled, but I haven't put power to it yet because I want to place these stupid poorly labeled undocumented pos before I do. Turtle Beach Santa Cruz Sound Driver Download. Any help would be appreciated. Depending on how you connect the wires your case can power up by: 1) power button only 2) remote only 3) both obviously number 3 is the one you want, you can also remove the front plate to tidy up the wiring (the two wires need to go to the back of the vfd) there is no 3-pin fan connector (except in the manual of course) don't go reading the manual on how to connect the vfd, there is nothing in it the only problem I found is that you can't do anything useful with the receiver when you actually do not have a remote lol. There are up to date drivers at antec which will display a number of items on the display such as remote control actions, movie names, song titles etc. You just need to look for them. The power connection goes like this: The wires from the power switch that would 'normally' connect to the motherboard 'power on' header are connected to the back of the vfd.
The wires that say M/BPWR are then connected to the motherboard power on header. It is a loop through and allows the vfd to turn on the pc. There is no 3-pin fan signal connector. The volume dial does not light. Download The Law Of Ueki Sub Indo Episode 9 on this page. Originally Posted by FreeBaGeL Not to hijack things too much, but how did you get this working? Just a bunch of crap I don't care about while I'm watching a movie. I was under the impression that the LCD was handicapped and 3rd party software would not work with it, was I mistaken? Actually, I didn't get this working. I was requesting information from anyone else who has.
Also, I'm not running MCE, I use linux, so none of the 3rd party SW controls apply here. Originally Posted by didgeman The power connection goes like this: The wires from the power switch that would 'normally' connect to the motherboard 'power on' header are connected to the back of the vfd.

I've sucessfully seen my PC turn on via remote control (& front panel power/reset buttons obviously), but nothing else works yet because I'm having linux driver issues. Hi, thanks for this information.
I just got me one of these cases also and ended up in this forum because of the exact issue you guys are discussing here. I'm trying to follow your instructions but with me the power on button doesn't work anymore So I have a double cable that reads 'Power SW' which I previously connected to the 'power switch' pins of my Motherboard. Per your instructions I've now put the M/B PWR cables on those pins. But where to I put the 'Power SW' cable now? I have not removed the front of my case yet. Should I take it off to put the Power SW on the LCD screen?
Yes, I have the Fusion 430 black with LCD screen, not VFD. Hope that doesn't make a difference?
